Women Only Classes Starting This Week!
We’re starting regular Women’s Jiu Jitsu classes at Kyuzo, every Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm.
And to get things started, we’re running a completely free introductory class this Tuesday, September 29th at 7.30pm, with Irish Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Amanda English.
Starting From Scratch
The idea behind the introductory class is pretty simple.
If you’ve thought about trying Jiu Jitsu but weren’t sure about jumping straight into a regular class, this is your opportunity to start alongside other women who are in exactly the same position.
You don’t need to be fit. You don’t need to be strong. And you don’t need any previous martial arts experience.
We’ll start at the start.
Amanda will take you through some of the basic movements, positions and ideas in Jiu Jitsu and give you a chance to experience what training is actually like.
Women’s Jiu Jitsu Every Tuesday & Thursday
The free class isn’t a one-off event. It’s the starting point for our regular Women’s Jiu Jitsu programme at Kyuzo.
Classes will run:
Tuesdays – 7.30pm
Thursdays – 7.30pm
So if you enjoy the introductory session, you can continue training twice a week, building your skills and experience from there.

Come And Give It A Try
The first class is completely free, and there’s no obligation to sign up afterwards.
Come down, meet Amanda, meet the other women starting the programme, and see what you think.
